Haldia Lions' Model School, undertaken by Lions Club of Haldia, carries a proud legacy of educational excellence since its establishment in 1995. For decades, the school has been committed to nurturing young minds through quality education, strong values and holistic development.
The school logo beautifully represents its educational philosophy. At its heart is the light of a lamp, symbolising knowledge, wisdom and enlightenment. The Sanskrit motto “तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय” (Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya) means “Lead me from darkness to light.” This timeless message reflects the school's vision of guiding students from ignorance towards knowledge, confidence and a brighter future.
The “HLS” identity represents Haldia Lions' Model School, while the distinctive shield-inspired design reflects strength, protection, discipline and responsibility. The year “ESTD. 1995” proudly marks the beginning of the school's educational journey and its longstanding commitment to the community.
Located at Purba Srikrishnapur, Sutahata, Haldia, West Bengal – 721635, Haldia Lions' Model School strives to create an environment where students can learn, grow, think creatively and develop into responsible individuals.
